I just learned the Manaweave Cloak. Im wondering as a brand new holy priest, is the cloak worth the making? I currently have the White Remedy Cape. Should I sacrifice the healing stats for high spirit and mp5?
It depends on how much healing, health, and mana you have already.
But I honestly would do neither, and go for Cloak of Scintillating Auras instead. It has decent stats, a good chunk of +heal on it, but lacks the mana regen. 8 mp5 isn't that hard to make up for, though.

Yes you should, the cloack is one of the best items you can get when hitting 70. It´ll last quite a bit.
Spirit and Mp5 have a high priority over +heal. It´s not "how much" you heal, its "for how long" you can heal.

It's a personal choice. All the cloaks listed are nice. For myself, I wouldn't want to give up the +59 healing. I'd hold out for a nice cloak out of kara with a little plus healing on it, like [wowitem=28582]Red Riding Hood's Cloak[/wowitem].
