Hey, just curious as to what your tank's stats are when you are doing Heroics, i recently have added more stamina and taken down some dodge, because i like to get hit in heroics for more rage :O.

I am Un-crittable in those stats (resil makes up for the lack of 20 defense)

in heroics, i typically wear a threat-oriented set. shard of contempt ftw. i also wear a full avoidance or full stam set depending on the situation.
max stam: 15.7k
max armor: 16.8k
max dodge+parry: 44%
max block: 20%
max expertise: 8% expertise
max hit: 8% hit
defense in TPS set: 485
wearing my full stam set in ZA, i can get to just under 21k health raid-buffed with fort/kings/blood pact/GotW/flask of fort. from the looks of it, i could probably get to 22k health raid-buffed if i upgraded to T4 equiv or better shoulders, and got the new badge belt and legs. i have no tier gear whatsoever... crafted and badge gear ftw.
btw i'm main-specced fury for 25 mans ^^ raid-buffed in fury spec i hit 3200 AP/9% hit with gear/~6% expertise/30% crit/150 ArP, need to start stacking ArP now.

Too lazy to post it but there is my armory link. I keep my DEF high to support being the pure tank for Hydros. When we get finished with him I'll drop some DEF for some stam.

Now that many players have run Kara, DPS and healers are better geared.
Last night my tank which has
11000 HP
11000 Armor
430 Defense
successfully did Heroic Slavepens, the easist heroic, with one wipe only
simply because the rest of the group was so good. We had 2CC.
Moral: if the rest of the group is fabulous, you can get away with a lot.

I ran on my rogue last night and my tank for Hmgt had 19.8k Health unbuffed.... Tauren with T6 of course. I was like shazammam. That's my goal in life is to have 20000 health unbuffed, and the shield from illidan :O

Rikki I feel ya. Took me 22 runs to get the suneater, when I was after that. Was starting to think it would work out better if I just asked him nicely for it, since beating him about the face with my shield wasn't working. I can get my hp up to about 18k unbuffed when I want stam but 20K OMMFG will be awhile before I see that. Still in T5 content and farming Winterchill.

So i finally got the Trinket last night ^^. Getting closer to my 20k health unbuffed mark! (Commendation of Kal'theas)
Now to get the DPS trinket to drop without a rogue rolling on it... I usually make parties with lock/mage/mage/priest/warrior... so then i have a 100% chance of no DPS rolling on the shard of contempt :O. But occasionaly i will get a druid healer who wants it for his offset... or a rogue/hunter/dpswar etc.
Wouldnt mind the darn throwing weapon to drop off first boss either, have never seen that baby.
