Been reading on the racial abilities on the alliance side.What to pick hmmmm.Human or NE.Both not bad racial abilities but humans....welll i'll let you decide!

if you want it to be a NE/Human though I'd personally go with human since they get a spirit buff and more rep gains (and farm reps is like all you do at 70)

Dwarfs can stoneform out of Garrote in the Moroes fight, and Desperate Prayer is awesome.
Actually dadanox is completely right, Desperate Prayer is so ftw it is not even funny. If it doesn't have to be N.E. vs. Human roll Dwarf.
If you eventually intend on raiding, Draenei blow all the others out of the water if you're min-maxing (hit rating aura + more mana). For PvP, dwarves are the best with Stoneform. For casual play or instance healing, human are best due to increased spirit and the rep bonus. Night elves are good in PvP (shadowmeld) and have a little extra damage.
In the end, it comes down to whether you want to min-max at whatever you intend on doing, or what you can put up with looking at for the next 70 levels.

And the mana-free HoT, Gift of the Naaru. While it doesn't heal a lot, it has saved my bacon.
