Is there an Add On that?Follow

I have been looking through addons and can't seem to find what I am looking for....guessing it may not exist.

Is there an addon that lists the members of a party and right beside their icon allows you to place a configurable button that would allow you to perform a specific action on the member the button is placed beside.

Crude Example Below:

You can set B1 to Heal the party member the button is tied to. This would allow one to see that a member needs a heal and quickly click the button to heal that member.

Is there an addon that does this or something similar?

I DLd that for my wife a few days ago along with a unitframe mod (for some reason i cant get the default UI to the show focus frame) and its great for arena where you can monitor the focus target, which thanks to benecast, has a big fat dispel button right next to, and see what they are going after.

But thats the only reason i got it, for that one dispel button.
