The Scorpid Bonecrawler comes Natural Armor 10 right at tamming.
Thats 150 pts for free. If I retrained him right away, would I get those 150 points as credit or would I loose them? I'm just checking to see if others have experience with this pet.

Yes, all pets have the same amount of training points. They are modified by the loyalty level. Until your pet gains some amount of loyalty, it won't have any training points so don't immediately retrain a pet or you'll have nothing to work with. Wait for it to gain loyalty first.
