Currently I'm running with the basic combat swords build using spiteblade and s1 offhand swords, however I have the badges saved up where I can get the badge fists. I'm just curious to how much if any my dps will change (either rise or drop) and if its worth it to get the fists. If you need, my armory link is in my sig, I've only been raiding for about two weeks so just trying to optimize my dps.
91 DPS MH and OH compared to 103 DPS MH and OH...
I'd say your DPS would drop.

Incidentally, your question could have been answered here or here.
The second link is a rogue DPS spreadsheet, where you put in your spec, gear, and buffs, and it will spit out the DPS you should be doing under ideal situations. Familiarize yourself with it, as if you want to raid on your rogue, it's the #1 most useful thing to have.
Edit: And right about now, 98.6% of the rogue forums are having a heart attack that I didn't flame this poor sod.
What can I say? I had a weak moment.

It wasn't a matter of the dps on the weapons themself, it was the build I was curious about. I know sword proc generates a lot of dps and was asking if its worth it to lose that to switch to fists.

Assuming everything else equal (identical weapons - like S3), Swords is slightly better than Fist/Sword is significantly better than Fists.
The badges fists are so godly that fists will be better until S3 or you get to the last 3 bosses on BT.

I don't think spreadsheets have a pure 100% accuracy in any plane of existance.
