I've already got the mats for mongoose and executioner for the daggers Im going to get and nethercleft for my legs, but what else should I get for chest/cloak/bracers/feet/helm? I plan on being a Shadow Stepper.
Any ideas?

My only idea for you is to change your weapon enchants.
Instead of having 1x Executioner and 1x Mongoose, you should have 2x Mongoose.
Unless of course every single BG's fight you go into has clothies and only clothies as opponents, highly unlikely.
Im not to sure on a '60 twink', but each to their own.

Unless you're rolling in full HWL gear, it's a waste of time.
Even then, it's a waste of time as you're going to be doing WSG/AB with the 60-69 crowd.
If you want to twink, twink at 49.
