Just dinged lvl 70 and respeced to resto :P
Now Im wondering, do you guys have like a list that you could share of items that are cheap or very easy to get, that would improve my pvp healing and so?

You could get the PvP blues that are buyable from the faction vendors with honored Rep with the Major factions. It'd be a start at least for BG's.

These are all pretty easy to get considering that you have good luck with instance drops. I made sure that these drops are relatively easy for you to get considering you are a brand new 70 Resto Druid.

bah not that hard take up triable lw. look in ah to fill other spots and just get them as you go. if you was a diff spec till 70 go back to that set toss on old gear and go to instances till you get the drop. grab an addon to see what drops where and go there.
Isn't MgT a little hard for a fresh face that is still getting geared?
I don't know which is why I'm asking I was under the impression myself you should have +1000 heals to heal MgT
That would be great if you can heal it with less. I'm sitting at +823 currently and still don't think I'm geared enough for Kara, Heroics or MgT yet.

If you've got a lot of cash, getting Belt of the Long Road is probably the single largest, easiest upgrade you can get. You just have to be willing to dump the 1200g or so in mats.
