I have 500 arena points now, tomorrow will have about 750. Not that much...
I'm wondering what should I buy first? S2 weapon? S3 gloves for the DT proc? Or whichever piece of armor that gives me the best upgrade? currently at 36 resil and 9,3k hp, need more...

I bought S2 shoulders with my first points. I didn't like sun-gilded shoulder caps, so it was an upgrade for pve AND pvp. I would suggest getting at least the Thrallmar gloves for DT effect, it's a lifesaver.
If you plan to do alot of arena I would recommend going for whichever piece of S3 gear gives you the biggest upgrade in terms of Resilience and Defensive stats.
With the Badge weapons available there's really no reason not to try for them instead of the S2 weapons.

You should be saving for S4 at this point.
There are only 5-8 weeks left of arena, so unless you're getting 1k+ points per week, you're not going to be capped going into S4.

Exactly, save up. You'll never reach the 5k cap.
And also save up honnor point. Max is 75k. If you reach this cap because you bg a lot, then start buying what you will not want to purchase first with your areana points and other honner when S2 becomes purchasable through honnor.

So I should continue doing arena and BGs with my pve gear? Maybe I should get the new fists for combat/subt or daggers for muti? I've been getting some latency problems, so playing muti was impossible. Now I think they're solved. Should I go muti for arenas and BGs? I have better daggers than maces
