Purpose of Shadow Word:Death?Follow

If you've got decent tanks you shouldn't need any healing anywho, cuz VE will keep you up. Only fights I have problems getting heals is the first minute of Mag, Reaver, and Tidewalker, because (to date) those are the only fights I don't drop VE. Every other fight, VE pretty much keeps me up unless an AoE hits me for several thousand.

Another use for SWD: Killing yourself repair-free during the wipe. Plus I'm an officer and I get to yell and take away DKP from the idiots who are still healing at that point.
