I didnt see any posts like this so I decided to write one.
Do one of you guys know whats stats I need to do ZA, SSC and TK?
like x Agility, z Health, y Mana.
If you don't, what gear do I need? Kara, gruuls and Mag ?

I seem to be fine in ssc/tk So I'd assume if your stats aren't far from mine; you're ready.
Hell, my stats are lower than Elustriel, and I'm still top DPS in TK/SS ('cept for those friggin' AoE pulls... damn mages. damn warlocks).
Pulling Aethien's stat suggestions from the Pre-Raid thread, and modifying them a bit for TK/SSC, I think that these should be enough to get you into T5 content:
for every hunter, ~8k hp ~7k mp unbuffed
BM: 23% crit and 1750AP or at least 950 DPS (actual, not tooltip)
MM: 25% crit and 2200AP You shouldn't raid as MM... ever.
SV: 27.5% crit and 1900AP (~825 Agi unbuffed) or at least 800 DPS
Do keep in mind that a lot of the best upgrades come from the earlier/easier bosses. Void Reaver drops pants and shoudlers; Solarian drops Boots; Hydross (easy if your tanks have the gear) drops a ring and a chestpiece. Also, with the new badge rewards, it's super easy to get all the gear you need. ZA is usually the 10-man raid that 25-man raiders do in their spare time.
My opinion on Gruul/Mag is that you should be at least half-way done with getting your Kara gear. I've seen people in blues/greens go in, but they almost always die on all three of the fights because they simple don't have enough HP.
