SHAMAN MACRO HELP PLEASE?Follow

I havent tinkered much with macros for a long time so forgive me if this is simple to some of you.


1) I need a macro ( and I need exact text so i can cut and paste) to switch from dual wield to a one hander and shield.

2) I saw this sort of in another post..but it was confusing. Specifically, is there a macro that I can hit one button to put down these four totems in this order?

a) windfury totem
b) strength totem
c) searing totem
d) mana totem

This way once I have this totem formula I can switch it up to whatever totems I need depending on group members and what totems will benefit them the most during instance runs.

(again exact text would be nice so i can cut and paste to make sure I have it correctly)

/equipslot 17 Merciless Gladiator's Cleaver

Ok this is the macro more or less with the benefit of shamanistic rage (obviously this is for when your being attacked, SR helps against that) Only problem is you have to change the weapons I put here. basicly the important piece to this macro is equipslot 17. you put whatever weapon/shield you want after the command.
