The Clefthoof set is literally less than half the price of this. I wish Blizz had halved the amount of Primal Shadow needed when they nerfed the mote drop chance&mobs that dropped motes.
Really quite annoying. I guess you have to start somewhere, though.
Thoughts? Prices simmilar on your server(s) or is Kazzak EU just a freak realm?

I find myself making endless circles around SMV while trying to find a group. No, I haven't gotten into that damn instance yet, but I zapped enough motes to be wearing the gloves already, and halfway done with the mats for the next piece.
For what, though? Certainly not killing things in Durnholde anytime soon if things continue like that...

I am pretty sure it wasn't anywhere near that much when I crafted mine. Granted I was skinning at the time so I didn't have to buy the leathers, but I am pretty sure I would have noticed 624g disapearing.
I would say that Fel Leather > Heavy Clefthoof any day of the week though, simply because druids are wanna be rogues. =p

The current price for primal shadow is rediculous, but if your lucky the individual peices may appear on the AH for alot less than the price of the mats involved.
If your not lucky then theres nothing wrong with grinding the primals yourself, i did when i first hit 70, but that was before the drop rate nerf.
If you have the time to grind, this set is well worth getting.

I'd also look at whether you are going to do alot of raiding. If you are then don't bother with the boots, but do go for the Pants and maybe the gloves.
If you aren't raiding go for the whole set. But the legs are very very nice, though from the spreadsheet the Haste Legs in Normal MgT are about equivalent.

With the advent of large amounts of dailies for sunwell resulting in free flowing gold I have seen massive inflation on goods prices on my server as well. Specifically for primals though other goods are going up too. Primal air, water, fire, and shadow have increased from 25% to >50% since the sunwell patch.
That means I am going for the fel leather gloves and have Master's Treads as boots. Pants maybe. I have some level 69 "of the bandit" legs that I may make do with for a while.
BTW, just getting to sunwell revered on my warlock netted me about 1100 gold from quest gold and selling whites/greys without taking into account the greens which I sent to my DEer. That means basic primals going from 15-20 to 30+ isn't really that bad when you do dailies regularly. For the non-daily char it's pretty expensive.

Char name is Ninj XD Only meant it to be a low level alt when I named it, hence tha badrogue name.
Yeah, I guess I probably will get the set, seeing as I'm going to start PvE soon and people have high standards these days even for normal MgT (and other normals are basically dea, so need to move straight into heroics). Dailies are a good source of gold, albeit a boring one.
No idea on the prices of Fel Hide, but our prices are higher on Draka.

was my main source of income pre-patch, 25 dailies nets me 300g a day so the need to farm primals has gone down alot, but at the current selling prices i might start farming again :P
Leave farming Air, Shadow, Water, and Mana to the engineers and go for Life, Earth, and Fire. 
We farm those way faster anyway.
