Hey everyone.
I have decided to make an alt to play, seeing i think im nearly geared enough for off tanking Kara. I cant decide which class, im leaning towards a Warlock or Warrior.

A friend says Lock so i have a caster aswell, but i like the aspect of warriors being full angry duel weilding Critical Beatdown bezerkers with fists like trucks. I will be Arms/Fury endgame as i dont want 2 tank classes. As a lock i will always be dps and wont have to worry about having to tank alot in early instances,
I will be pvping endgame and maybe doing some pve with whatever class i pick.
can i have advice on which class to pick from all of your alt choices.
Thanks alot, sorry if my post is unclear and messy, in a bit of a rush :P.

You said yourself you lie the idea of being a warrior, so roll one.

If you still can't decide, roll one of each.

If you want to do melee DPS, you might want to consider a rogue, also. DPS warriors, while quite capable, are often shunned by people in LFG. Though I don't have exact numbers, simple observation tells me that many, if not most, pugs freak out and have no ability to adapt past the Tank, Healer, CCx3 combo. Be prepared for lots of "can you tank?"

If you mostly run with accepting guildies, then go for it. We have a Fury Warrior who kicks all kinds of rump, occasionally outdpsing the mages and locks.

His gear also makes him look a bit like a superhero and thats kinda fun too.

Hi there. I have both a Warlock and a Druid at level 70, plus a Warrior at level 46. You've probably chosen the two most opposite DPS classes in the game. I like them both, in each their own way.

The Warlock class is amazing if you dream about tossing out pain from afar while having a demonic entity watching over your back. You're very fragile, though, until you gather enough high level gear with either lots of stamina or resilience. Soul Link can help you until you do, though.

If you, on the other hand, prefer getting up close and personal with your foe, the Warrior class would be an excellent choice. Imagine having the Cat form abilities in Bear form and being able to hit with both paws at the same time. That's a Fury Warrior right there. Your survivability, however, is much more limited than that of the Warlock or Druid, since you can't heal yourself in any way (unless you count Bloodthirst as a heal). You rely on killing your opponent(s) before your health bar reaches zero.

It's ironic, really. The Mage class is so fragile due to the low armor, but I often find myself ghost running more on my Warrior simply because he can't Ice Block or Blink to safety. As a Warrior you're in it to win it, or die trying.

I picked warlock for my second 70 because it's a pet class, one of only 2 pet-classes in the game. You also have the potential to be a CC machine.

Enslave Demon mob 1
Have mob 1 fight mob 2
Banish mob 3
Fear mob 4

If you're spec'd affliction, you can also kite with Curse of Ex.

If you'r looking for variety, having a feral druid and a warrior won't give you that sensation. But if you are just looking for dps regardless of class, then go for warrior since you seem to like it. I'd personaly recomend a class completely different to a druid so you get that feeling of doing something new, and not just going from 1 - 70 all over again.

for a little $$ ... I'll give you my warlock ... MUHUHHAHAHAHA *evil look* <_<

Hey everyone.
Thanks for your opinions.
I will probably pick a warlock, becuase i have thought of the smaller difference between my Feral Druid and a Warrior, also becuase i dont feel like going through the game and being put into the tank position again. I feel like i have contributed to society with tanking :P.

So thanks for your thoughts, hehe cant wait for the lil nasty button named fear muahaha.

Thanks all cyas.
