Survival RaidingFollow

I ended up taking on the Survival role for my guild's raids.

I am looking for a critique.
Tonight I will be replacing the Leg armor kit on my pants with the Nethercleft Leg Armor.

Suggestions welcome.
Please check my Sig for my Armory

just stick to cobra legpatch :P

edit: and get necklace of the deep with 2x +8(or +10) agi.
If you have a good amount of physical dps in raids its the best necklace in the game for SV.
(yes, a lvl 65 blue > BT/MH stuff)

Gear:
1. Your neck may not be the worst choice in the world... but i hate seeing any strength on my gear :D
2. You're past the hit cap, so replace AT LEAST those hit gems with Agi gems, and Surefooted with Agi. I'd also suggest switching over to Agi gems instead of your AP ones, but that can get expensive, so you might want to wait for upgrades.
Talents:
1. Master Tactician pts can better be spent somewhere else. 4/5 Imp AS brings the CD down to a true 1.5:1 with my lag and a 3.00 speed bow, or some prefer Imp AotH.
2. With all the talents you have spent in trapping, I'd grab Scatter Shot to make your CC that much more versatile. You'll still have 26 sec long traps and 30 sec long CD's, but Scatter fills that up to a perfect 30 sec long CC.

Good job on gearing and enjoy SV!

No, isn't it only if the Draenei is in your party?

I have a draenei hunter (mining mule), and I'm pretty sure it isn't true. My pet always has the buff, and I've never seen it on myself. I guess I'd have to get her into a real party before I go out and say 100% that it's not true.

Heroic Presence - passive (Hunters/Paladins/Warriors only)
Increases chance to hit by 1% for you and all party members within 30 yards.

edit: it isnt visible for self though, but it is in your spellbook.

hmm... I'll be damned. It does say that. I really wish that it wasn't an invisible buff.

So, raiding last night with full buffs (no shammy agil totem)including the +5% from a Feral druid, Agil elixir and Master Tactician; (Which was up almost all of the time.)and grilled mudfish.....

I was topped out with almost 52% crit chance.

What a hell-a-fun spec!

DPS was up, Mana was practically endless, the raid was loving the +240 AP.

In short.... Me Likey! Smiley: clap
