This reminds me, there's a shammy in the guild I'm in with the build 12/5/44. They seem to do fine healing in raids and stuff. Would this work or is it a messed up build, perhaps something similar like this.

Just relooked at everyone's reply in regards to the 5 points. Yeah, would probably be better somewhere else. Not sure how he works his rotation, but I guess it's working for him since he's had it for a while.

That's just plain ugly. What does he use it for? For 5-mans and PvP I'd argue that you need Healing Focus, while for 25-mans you definitely need Imp Chain Heal. I like the idea of Elemental Focus--I frequently amuse myself with LBs during trash--but with no spell hit and to sacrifice Tidal Focus for it is questionable for raids.

As long as he gets the job done and is having fun, it doesn't matter. From a min/maxing standpoint though, there are better builds.
