Armor Link in Sig...

I'm well aware of the shortcomings with what I have equipped right now. A little backstory: My warrior was my first toon in WoW and I worked real hard on up right up to just before BC release...when the unfortunate tragedy happened and my wife & I's accounts were hacked due to a keylogger from WoWInc back in the day when my wife tried Benecast. We gave up...took a break, came back and rolled new toons (My Druid and her Shaman).

Well, we hit 70, did some raiding, and in the downtime reapplied some time to getting her SPriest and my warrior regeared and leveled up to start using as Kara off-night toons to gear up on potential gear being sharded. Why not, right?

So now, although I'm not 'terribad' (4th on meters with well geared Mages & Rogues), I have a lot of rage generation problems on bosses despite my hit rating. To be clear, I've only really been working on him for the last 3 weeks or so, and spotty at best when I can. I'm well aware I still have only my two Tanking trinkets, a green belt, and a horrible gem balance. That said...what else can I do to really offset the problem I'm having with Kara bosses to get some more solid rage generation.

Standard 17/44/0 Fury build, S1 main hand, shoulders, and helm. I haven't shy'd away from leather upgrades if they are better, and while the Wastwalker gloves are pretty horrible...I haven't come across a leather/plate piece to trump it yet. Any suggestions on tweaks I can make? 1434 unbuffed AP (yea...low as well /cry).

You need more crit 25% unbuffed in battle stance, and you need to tweak your build. Need to max out weapon mastery, commanding presence, imp demo shout, and only have one point in imp ww, otherwise the cd's for ww and bt will collide at some point.

Enchant your main hand.

Get the s1 offhand and enchant it.

Yea, I've been holding off a little too long on Enchants. I've got he honor for the offhand, but figured I would just wait for S4 to go live so the weapons would update to S2...that way I'll get something a wee bit better than the S1 offhand.

Gonna respec this evening and take a peek at some new Gems to try to get that 3% Crit to hit 25% and give that a whirl, see how it feels. Thanks for the tips thus far.

S2 is just a few weeks away, if you can wait, then wait. The difference between season 1 and 2 isn't great, but at 70, you will be squeezing every +hit and +crit you can get.

Squeeze more crit than hit once you get to the 9% hit mark.

Well being DW, I haven't been shy to retain as much hit as I can, and I'm working on my Crit right now. With the higher DW miss rating, I'm going above the 93 +Hit mark deliberately to improve my white damage & rage generation. I'm at I think 155 right now after some work last night, and Crit is up about 1%. I have a few pieces to replace, mainly I'm going after Black Felsteel Bracers to upgrade my Wrist slot, and I need to find an upgrade for my Waist as well. That, with some trinkets, and I should be in the clear after Enchants. Smiley: wink Thanks for the tips, all.
