Ret Weapon chant questionFollow

Some holy pallies roll with two heal maces and switch between them. One has spellsurge on it, and the other has +heal. Once spellsurge procs they switch to the +heal mace, knowing that due to the internal cooldown (is that the right term?) of spellsure it will not proc again for 1min. I guess there's even a macro to do this (switch and switch back)..?

I have to go read up on executioner and mongoose again. I know executioner has a cd, but i forget it. That's what I currently have on my wep. My idea is to have one with executioner and one with mongoose. But since they both have "internal" cooldowns idunno if it'd work. Do they share a cooldown. If they do, maybe I'll just put savagery on a second weapon.
