Yes, I can see how a crab, which has +1.000.000 awesomeness rating, can be cheating.

You will still want to carry a bow or gun with you, since it's another slot you can get stats on.
Although, obviously if you won't be using it, you won't need a quiver / ammo pouch or any ammo.

But see, it's been done before. Sure, not without a Pet, but that doesn't matter. Pick a truly original challenge. Play a ranged Rogue. Only shoot or throw. No Stealth. No melee.

I think the conversation would go a little like this:
Group member: k now we just need a tank
You: I'm a tank
One of the 4 noob group members: Ok, let's go!
Most of the people doing Deadmines probly wouldn't even know hunter's don't tank. I think you should try it!

This is pretty stupid as, most of us understand. Let's let it die shall we?! (Much like this "melee hunturd".)
I am also a Paladin turned hunter. I love paladins. But they get so damned boring sometimes. Hunters get to shoot things with big pointy sticks of "NO" and have there pet kicking the crap out of them while the mob is trying to figure out who he should attack. About that time the mob dies lol. But as far as Melee hunters go. Are they really worth it to the Soloing hunter as myself. Just curious. Because I love dual wielding. But only dual wielded on a rogue cause I was told that DW on any other class is complete crap lol.
