is there any post that talk about fist weapon? if so can u link it? i cant find any useful one. and plz dont yell at me i did search the forum =)

There isn't any fist-only discussion that I'm aware of on these threads. But I was fists for a long time and liked it. Though if you look up the roguecraft 101 thread on elitist jerks you'll notice that fists tend to fall very slightly behind the optimal combat build (sword/sword). Another option is fist/sword which is very close in theoretical DPS output to sword/sword and can in some cases out-pace it.
The major problem is that fists are terribly itemized in the game while leveling. But now with the new badge loot, fists are viable at 70.
That covers the basics, right?
Also note that capitalization is really, really, cool.

so for the tree is same as combat swords all u need to change is sword spec to fist spec? and the last 2 point i put them in vile poisons is it ok? and for stat should i gem up with lots of crit or same as swords just go for ap?

Yes, if you want to change weapon type, the only thing in your talent build you need to change is the placement of the five weapon specialization points.
And, as far as I know, your stats and gems should remain the same, as it all affects your dps in the same way no matter what weapon you are wearing.
