and what professions should i learn?
There is a shadow priest post linked in the sticky. Go read it for help with your spec. You have Imp. Fade and Shadow Resilience and no points in Focused Mind or Misery. This makes me a sad panda.

Before 70 take 5/5 wand specialization instead of unbreakable will.
Drop shadow power and take up misery instead. dmg > crit
Imp mind blast is more about fitting it into a spell rotation than anything else. You can get by with 2/5 or 4/5. Really it depends on if you want to pvp or not. Same with silence. On my spriest I don't pvp so I don't even take silence or imp scream.
Also you should take meditation if you're going that far into the disc tree.

PVP = player vs player
PVE = player vs environment
It just means doing things like group instances and raid encounters.
As for pvp spec I'm not the one to help you there. Like I said I don't pvp.
From what I remember I think disc > shadow for arenas but I could be wrong or it may have changed.

PsiChi - loved the rinse eyes out with Bleach comment... ahhh the mental image is hilarious.

2. What size arena team?
~ 2 v 2 you may be okay up until the 1700 bracket.
~ 5 v 5 truly only Disc is viable as you will be focused fired on.
3. What sort of group on the Arena Team and is there synergy?
Do that and maybe some of the scholars and sages will give you a better response as you are not providing enough information for a good answer.
