I seen a macro that would allow you to click on the MT then right click onto the macro in your tool bar to set focus to him. Then in the same macro if you left clicked onto it MD would be sent to the MT which has the focus. Can some one please help me with this I can not seem to find it now?

You don't need the Misdirection command in there so many times, you can stack the conditionals.
Right-click sets the focus target (as long as it's friendly)
Left-click does the MD on the focus (if it's set), on the current target (if friendly), or your pet.
