Yep, I know were weak as hell on our own. Yep, I know I'm gonna get ganked mercilessly. Yep, I know I may not get any great arena or raid invites very often. But I do enjoy this build. I'm stashing aside some resto/ele gear just in case I want to give it a go for the fun of it, but as for now, I'm gonna get me revered with a bunch of folk, get some fancy gear (though I know a lot of it isn't great for my build), gem it up, drop totems, kick ('erhm) **** and become a legend*.

Here's the builds I'm considering:
Oz's 70 Enhance Build, Mark 1 (dual wield & totems)
or
Oz's 70 Enhance Build, Mark 2 (two hander & shocks)

Any thoughts, advice or opinions?

* Please note the term legend does not specify in which sense I shall become legendary. Be it as 'Babalawo, the bringer of Death' or 'Babalawo, the Sufferer', time shall tell.

Dual wield slow/slow is better than a 2 hander. I tried 2 handed weapons once, and when you get a string of misses it makes you want to cry. I'll take the steady dps over a once in awhile huge crit any day of the week.

In terms of builds, the first one you linked is good except for one glaring problem. You didn't take unleashed rage?!?! It's awesome for you, awesome for melee/hunters when you're grouped. What's not to like? Anticipation on the other hand is sorta meh. It might save you a few times in pvp, but Unleaded Rage is a hell of a lot better. Also, Toughness is another very "meh" talent. The only good part about it is the reduction in movement slowing effects, and that's not even that awesome. Maybe if you pvp/arena all the time.

This is what I was using when I was enhancement spec:

The points in Imp. Ghost Wolf and Guardian Totems were for pvp. If you don't plan on doing any pvp, they can definitely go elsewhere.

Mmm, point taken, how about this...
Oz's 70 Enhance Build, Mark III

Explanation of a couple of oddities. I dropped 4 points into anticipation to get the 4% dodge bonus.

I've dropped 4 points into toughness, as I like the fact that (above the 8% armor bonus) it reduces the time of stun/slow effects by 40%.

I've upped Unleashed Rage to 3 - I can't see it too viable in PvP as everyone seems to be scattered about, and dropped 2 points into Improved Weapons Totems. I reckon that with this anyone within 30 yards of the totem will gain a 50% Windfury total and any within 20 yards of me will get an additional 6% attack power bonus on top of it.

Is the build I planned to go with via opinions from a guy who played since the beta.

this is a build you can't go wrong with good for pve and pvp, ya it doesn't have the shaman's defensive abilities but we are not tanks, the toughness is not so great cause anyone that relies on slowing affects to kill shaman will still keep you slowed permanently regardless, and without a shield even in mail our armor is not high. the dodge is nice, but for the best talents it is only thing worth sac'in

Thanks all, seen a lot of similarities in those builds, especially the last 2, so must be something there. The only difference was where one had 2pts in Guardian Totems the other had 2pts in Improved Reincarnate.
As I dont mind corpserunning and never really use guardians, I dropped those two points into dodge.

Planning to go for Strength and Stamina to the hilt, but also plan to try to get a decent level of Agility racked up.

So, I'm pretty sure this one is my sweet spot:
