dear warriors,

I normally play a healing paladin but i tried retribution. i liked the fact that i could crush stuff with 2H weapons, so i decided to do it properly with a warrior. im thinking about this build for when i get to 70:

http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/warrior/talents.html?053253003520100200212500505310402000000000000000000000000000000000

I would like some feedback on this build, but i would also like to know how to spec while leveling. arms, fury, prot? thanks in advance

Check out the sticky. BUT I shall grant you some knowlede.

You should specify what your warrior will be doing in endgame. PvP? PvE? PvE as DPS or Tank? etc...

As for leveling builds, check out the sticky for builds, but here are the rough detalis:

DW fury is the best leveling build.A static damage output, and a decent downtime. 2h fury build, which is based on Slam is the second best leveling build. 2h MS is the third best option for leveling. Great burst damage. an MS build is also the best choise for a endgame pvp warrior.

would not agree dualwielding is the best for leveling unless you are twinking him hard.. its much less requiering to equip a 2h spec to do good damage. more or less he just need a bigass weapon.. DW requires alot of AP and prefeerable +hit to be really efficient. im not saying DW cant do more damage, but with the speed you are leveling these days its hardly worth the trubble of equipping them for it.

Personally i agree with sesseth, to level you are better of going d/w fury, buzak has the point about +hit. However most of the fast 2h weapons are level 57+ just like most of the worthwhile +hit gear.

with the first 20-30 levels its your personal opinion, find what you are comfortable with. i found the lower levels were easier with a 2h weapon with arms spec due to the low miss rate.

after level 30 your weapon skill will just be high enough to start decently dual wielding with fury spec.

oh and your proposed spec is missed a proper weapon class spec like swords or mace for pvp.

Unless you're raiding BF is pretty pointless as pvp targets won't be alive long enough for 9% extra damage from all sources to benefit the raid, 75% bonus damage from imp. rend also won't have long enough time to be useful. Deep Wounds are the warrior better DoT.

Imp. MS cause's more GCD (bad) and only 5% more damage for 5 talent points better used for your weapon spec. Things like weapon mastery from fury are a great bonus along with imp. slam (Warrior V Warrior its always kept me winning)

IMO, if you want to stick with an Arms PvP build, take the points out of Unbridled Wrath and stick them in a weapon specialization, any of the three will make a big difference in your game. Maces is the favortie for PvP for the stun proc. I'm a big supporter of Axes for the extra crit. And swords are good because you always run the chance of having the extra swing proc for a crit.
I would also take the points out of Thundeclap, since it's more of a tanking talent, and also take the points out of Imp. Charge since you put points into Imp. Intercept, and also take the points out of Imp. Rend since they can be better used elsewhere.
You should consider spending 1 point in Anger Managment and in Endless Rage, because honestly, can we ever have too much rage?
Also, I would take the points out of Imp. Cleave and throw your extra points into Enrage and Blood Craze.
Please Keep in mind these suggestions are more from a PvP point of view. Good Luck!

Pick a weapon spec that suits your weapon you have at the time. I just default to swords, because... well... I like swords.

I feel so much better now. I'm just happy to see axes are appreciated by someone. I also love swords, and keep 2 with me at all times, but IM(humble)O, the extra hit doesn't proc enuf compared to axes' consistency. Maces would be great, but again, I like predictability. Conclusion: axes. Hugs and kisses to swords and maces, tho.
