Hi. You play on a mediocre battlegroup. It's been like this forever on most battlegroups; it's interesting that you're just seeing it now, but hey, that's what happens in Scrubland.

And note I said nothing about the gear quality; I said before you started playing anyone with actual, you know, skill. If they're challenging to you that's fine, but that doesn't make yours an especially challenging BG to play in. That would make you bad.

Vengeance is rated #2 or #3 in terms of difficulty, right after Bloodlust and Ruin/Nightfall (can't remember which is higher than us).

It's Ruin. And full s3 teams in the 16/1700's make me want to cry at night.

Oh, indeed I do. I know of at least three BGs that have a legitimate claim to "#2 BG", including mine. I also know, from actually playing on other battlegroups (see: BG9), that the differences between nearly any battlegroup save the ones at the bottom of the barrel (Emberstorm) are quite minor until you get above 1900-2000ish rating.

1700-rated scrubs are 1700-rated scrubs. They may have slightly higher gear quality on the more developed BGs (more precisely, the more developed servers - the number of point-selling teams on Tich/Illidan/Cho'gall/and plenty of others is astounding), but the actual level of play is really fairly static.

I'm sorry, were you trying to engineer some kind of sympathy/superiority? My bad.
