Definetely switch your leatherworking to tribal and make the Windhawk set. You won't lose any skill points or patterns (other than your elemental ones) and get a 3 piece set in return that you won't be replacing for a long time. Even better, they split the damage/healing stats on the set in a way that makes the set just as good for healing if you ever decide to try that spec as well. All you'd have to do is change gems.
If you got the time, farm up enough honor for 4 pieces of the Wyrmhide arena set. It works nicely with Windhawk since you get the set bonuses from both. In the meantime, continue buying the starter set as it will give you decent stats, the same set bonus, and sockets for gems - in addition to having pieces that are worth enchanting for your moonkin needs
You can try heroic Magister's Terrace for the mace that drops there or heroic Sethekk for the staff. If you got badges to spend, there are quite a few nice leather pieces available from the vendor.
If you want to go raid and keep up with everybody else, you should aim for about
800+ spell damage
150 spell hit rating (152 to be exact)
20% spell crit in moonkin form
150 mp5 when casting
Ignore spell hit rating if you don't want to raid since your talents have you covered for level 72 (heroic) bosses, especially since you already have Ashyens Gift and the Shatar head enchant is probably soon to follow once you got your feral helmet replaced.
EDIT:
Your talent build is just fine, though I would take the 3 points from Imp Nature's Grasp and put them into Celestial Focus instead (For the Wrath interrupt resist, not the stun) and the 2 points from Naturalist should move over to Nature's Focus for better survivability - for yourself and your party or raid.
