I have a cat (moonstalker skin) named Zathira (like Saphira from Eragon) and a cat (ghostsaber skin) that I'm debating on if I should keep it and replace Zathira (for the extra sneakiness in PvP and such).
I just love the kitties...shadowmeld + prowl = fun. Plus the DPS is good.

My lvl 64 Orc Hunter has been owning the Outlands with a Rip-Blade Ravager named Adebisi. I tamed it for the looks that already say ''don't mess with me or I'll shred your balls'' and the max ranks of Gore and Dash. I named it Adebisi because I am bit of an Oz freak and Adebisi is my favourite charecter and it fits greatly into my ravager.
The other pet I have is King B called Death who is retired at the stables (at least for the moment). I tamed him for his awesome looks and the name came from my favourite band and it also quite greatly symbolises what me and him were giving in the 40-49 bracket.
I've also had Echeyakee who I called Mertaranta (Finnish hockey commentator) but I won't babble about him because he is long gone.
Let the metal flow /,,/ .

I currently have two pets, and keep an open slot in order to get new skills, since im not 70 yet (barely 45).
One is humar, the level 23 elite near barrens. Just so you know, I think (call me crazy, or a RPgeek) the rare mobs have those special skins and names for a reason, and they deserve to keep them, besides they are cool most of the time, so I just rename them to their original names when I tame one. Thus his name is Humar.
The other one is the unique raptor Goreclaw from Dustwallow marsh. A lot of people dont even know he exists, and not everyone has it as a pet, and I just love the way he looks. He is the only non-OL raptor that is black, and quite frankly, I hate the way OL raptors look, its like "LOL HAY GUIZE IM BARNEY!".
I will probably use the 3rd slot on one of the white owls from winterspring, or the color-shifting ravager.

Zarakh model name Kolbyr, I keep her mostly for looks and in the hope that
someday spiders will get some kind of special ability...also the screeching
noise she makes in battle is pretty nice ^^
Otherwise my 70 pet that I mainly use is a Scarlet Tracking Hound from
the Scarlet Monastery, I named him Brewstein on account of my Dwarvishness :)

I've always been a ravager fan ever since "Beck", my first from the Draenai starting area (a feat, me being horde on a PvP server). Now I'm sporting one of the green ones from Hellfire to match my orcish complexion, with the appropriate name "Algore".
