Being an elixir master and on a 12 step program for quaffing large quantities of potions/elixirs/flasks, I wear an alchemist stone in conjunction with an hourglass.
The Shattered Sun QM now sells, at exalted (almost there!), the assassins stone

I can't say I'm overly excited about it, the attack power is pretty decent, but is it really an upgrade over the old stone?

And alchemists really got gyped in this patch vs. jewelcrafters..I think anyways.

edit: added and cleaned up links

WHY do people keep posting links from other pages when alla has a perfectly good system itself, and even mouse-over links?

Alchemist's stone.

Assassin's alchemist stone.

Don't make a big deal about it, just rate them down and move on.

Well for the record, I did post once before where I apologized for using a wowhead link, but I was pardoned becaused it's part of the alla network.
And secondly, I'm currently actually trying to take the time and figure out "as we speak" on how to fix links, starting with my messy signature.

Now..back on topic!

108 Ap is more itemvalue then what the hourglass would give you total.

I have the assasins stone on my hunter.
It is really great and the reason why I switched my professions (shifted from mining/herbalism to alchemy/leatherworking a week before 2.4).
As a Survival hunter the +15agi where a nice thing for the few days I had it, but even then 15agi and 15int can not compete with 108AP.
And you still get 40% more out of your mana/health potions (which frees up quite some CDs, for some fights I have enough mana to chug a haste potion instead of a mana pot every now and then).

edit: spelling again

Momentary Derail:

I would hope people don't downrate for cross posting to other sites...

While I agree that using Alla is cleaner and less shocking than a site switch, it may not be what the poster is comfortable with or they may have a more 'in depth' account on the other site.

I really like Alla, and use it myself for all my lookups but some folks have other preferences and it shouldn't hurt anyone to respect them. Takes a second to look and come back. Trust me, you'll live through the process. I'd only get upset if they cross posted to a hack or spam site. Then they might get reported to boot.

Downrating is a bit harsh and doing it for something so trivial can confuse the person posting. They might think they've insulted someone or said something offensive.

If you're offended by cross site calls, I have to ask, "How long have you been using the Internet?" followed by "You do realize that cross site content linking is part of the main feature set of the Internet, don't you?"

If we want to be purists, shouldn't we all be linking to the official WoW sites for the items? I'm loyal to Alla, but I shouldn't dictate my desires and preferences on others.

Back to trinket topic, sorry for the momentary derail.

You puny human. You think you have 'evolved' from us! Don't make us laugh.

Grungesh and Snorblatz will be showing up on your doorstep momentarily to correct your weak mind with our superior thoughts.

Don't go anyplace...

Sounds scary and powerful, I shall then send two Battlecruiser divisions and a flotilla of Attack Cruisers with our Elite forces that trained on Uranus to beat Uranus.

When they are done, you will be mocked for having Babboon buttocks.

Yes, we too laugh at the Babboon's, after all, they are our politicians out here.

Our forces have reported back.

They observed you and decided not to attack. I should not say this but the very vision of you frightened them away. They are not cowards but there are some things that no intelligent being should be visually exposed to. They claim you are one of them. Our visual recording devices all broke and recorded static so I could not verify this.

I called them cowards anyway and just because we are only 1 centimeter tall, does not mean they should ever run away. I turned a deaf ear to their complaints that one of the battlecruiser divisions was wiped out by something you call a "Yugo". If you have unleased a terrifying new weapon of mass destruction upon our forces we shall retaliate in kind.

We are capable of jamming your broadcasts and will show and play nothing but Barry Manilow for a week. We know that would be sufficient to end the human race.

That is all.

We wrote Firefox, you are not immune.

I predict bleeding of the eyes and ears withing two hour for you. Since you are using a custom connection, we will be playing nothing but "I write the songs" for you alone. Enjoy your demise Earthling.

Now, for the rest of you, we have an enjoyable mix of musak versions of the Manilow songs. To avoid this, you must destroy all your WMD's called "Yugo's"
