Last night after finishing some stuff up decided to get some arena games in. Hadn't done any in several weeks, and a few other guys in the guild were also looking to get some games in.
Ended up doing 3v3's with 3 bm hunters (we all had ravagers, coincidentally).
Didnt really expect much sucess. We just wanted to get 10 games in just for some points and get out.
First game we lost. Then went on to win 7 in a row and went 12-3 overall before one of the guys had to go eat and we called it from there.
Was pretty sweet looking having a mass of big red beast (hunters included). Turns out most of the time the other team just couldnt deal with the extreme burst. At least a couple times we wiped the floor with the whole opposing team before BW wore off.
I've heard of 2 BM's in 2v2's, but hadnt really heard about an all BM 3v3. Team rating is just over 1500 right now (was under 1400 when we started). The games we lost we usually because we were chasing folks around on the blades edge arena and couldnt really focus fire on somebody.
What are your thoughts and experience? How far could this go?

Wait till you get up a bit higher, the actual well played and organized teams arent below 16-1700.
Maybe, just maybe... If you organize yourselves well and plan accordingly you can do well against better teams. You will dominate the lower teams just because of your raw damage output. Again what Aethien said, later when you go against good teams, you'll most likley be shredded.
I have been playing in a 2v2 with 2 BM hunters, we did pretty well, while our gear (especially the other one's ;)) wasnt too good.
Not too surprised this works too in 3v3, if you make good use of Intimidation, and also because the damage output of 3 hunters with BW is like enormous ^^

My 3v3 team is named "Anchors Away"
hehe i was thinking with 3 BM hunters BigRedKitty would be fitting.
The oringal team members was myself (marks at the time), resto druid and ele shammy. We did quite well back then before the druid stopped playing and eventually I took a break from my hunter to play my mage.
I'm in the US Navy and that's really where the theme of the team name came from. After this past week with 3 BM hunters, all using ravagers, we thought RedRocketRavager would have been more appropiate.
