Definitely use it over Vial.

You pretty much have the best trinket setup in the game, grats.

45s cooldown, and procs a lot. So you can assume it is up everytime the internal cooldown goes away.

It is one of the best trinkets for rogues, I also have it and love it.

Wow, what an incredible trinket! And I thought there was nothing interesting for me in the new instance! I must have been blind.
The only problem I see here is that all tanks will roll on that. Expertise is the best tanking stat.

afaik all bosses have the same chance to parry as they do to dodge, which i think is like 6% or something. so that would be your expertise cap.

It's somewhere right around 102 expertise rating to be capped against raid bosses, which run around 6.5% dodge at just over 3.9rating per .25%.
Remember that point-for-point, expertise is better than hit, because it affects yellow attacks (which won't be effected by hit once you have any decent amount of it). Also, the Vial eats up Stormstrike charges if you run with an enhance shammy, which means they just lost a good chunk of ES damage, or your elemental shammy lost a little boost as well.

Bosses have a 5.6% chance to dodge, and the trinket has an aprox. 40% uptime on the AP boost. It's extremely good; I stopped using it because with that and the T6 Belt off Brutallus I'm over the Expertise cap.

EDIT: Looking into it some more, maybe not. The ~40% proc uptime is accurate, however.

i believe hes basing it off of defense tyr. 5% chance to miss/dodge/parry vs = defense targets, so three levels above you (i.e. raid bosses) means +.6% chance over the original base.
