Hey I am looking for an addon to help with healing in Raids. I have never used one before but figured it could help a ton.

I wrote that up awhile ago, but still use the same basic set-up. You also might want to check out Grid instead of XPerl.
VisualHeal is also REALLY good in a raid; the catch is that all healers need it in order to work. It'll show a bar of who you're healing and estimated incoming heals on the target.

I'm going to just say that X-perl's built in raid bracket just makes healing EZ mode. It puts a red square around people that need to be healed.
