I have a level 50 Orc hunter (marksman) on Demon Soul.
I stopped playing in August and I've heard there have been some big changes.
What are the biggest? I'm thinking about returning and if I do I'd like to know what to expect.

One big peice of news. BM is how you level, not as Marksman.
Indeed, BM is the way to go, especially while levelling. Other than that I can't really think of any changes, except some finetuning.
