I know 2s/5r is a good rotation in raids. now what should i do against those bleed immune bosses? eviscerate instead of rupture? envenom (i think not)?
None of the bosses should be bleed immune since 2.4
Indeed I noticed Karazhan is now much more rogue-friendly.

I rupture all day on Hydross, before the 3rd mark. We stop dps 5 sec before mark 4, and that gives it enough time to wear off by the time he is transitioned.
I don't quite see how you manage to get get enough CP to rupture early enough, while keeping S&D up and getting rid of the spawns.
Heck, I sometimes don't have time to Eviscerate before the switch, and for Rupture I would need like 20s more time.
Or are you not killing the spawns at all?

Mutilate. The only downside is that he's poison immune during his nature phase.
Don't single-target the adds. Have all your tanks that aren't MT'ing Hydross at the time (usually 3 for us, 1 of the opposite resist and 2 others) to grab the adds, tank them on top of Hydross, and unleash the Seeds of Corruption. No melee should ever need to hit the adds unless you pop Blade Flurry.
