The armory sucks for Druids, you can't see the actual stats. With some rough math you have about 29-30k armor and 14-15k hp right? The health is a little low, but not unduly so.
You'd likely be tanking Bear Form Nalorakk and the Lynx Pet. You'll probably do alright for the first 3 (Bear, Eagle, Dragonhawk). Lynx will be a bit of a challenge, if your guild is equally geared to you. I wouldn't try Hex Lord or Zul'jin without being better geared as a raid (as in full epic).
Take all this with a grain of salt though, I haven't set foot in ZA for almost two months now.

These were qouted to me by a senior feral in my previous guild: 15-16k hp, 30% dodge, 28k armor.
For tanking all the way to Zul'jin. It's pretty accurate.
Enchanting your new staff with 35 Agility would you get you fairly close to the dodge, the armor is just general improvements. T4 helm would be a major upgrade, and you're probably gunning for that already. The Ring of Unyielding Force ( I think that's the badge one), when traded in for the dps ring, would pop up your armor a bit and allow you to swap out clefthoof for another piece with more armor, such as more T4. Another option is to trade the Clefthoof Boots for the Vindicator ones, more crit reduc, stam and armor.

What's more important for ZA is who the other tank is going to be. For Nalorakk (Bear), Halazzi (Lynx), and Hex-lord Malacrass, you'll need 2 tanks. For the other three bosses, you only need 1. If you bring a prot warrior or a tankadin, one of you is going to switch to DPS on 3 of the boss fights. Who would you rather have as DPS, a kitty druid, or a prot warrior in DPS gear?
Other than that, your health is fine, but your armor is a little low. I'd replace Garona's with the Badge tanking ring, trade Staff of Natural Fury for either Earthwarden or Braxxis, and try to get the Cowl of Beastly Rage if your T4 helm isn't dropping. Those 3 together should bump your armor up to around 29k.

I am feral and i MT ZA and Kara, But I have capped armor and defense, and 16k hp unbuffed, i would get a little more gear before taking on the bear boss in ZA.

You would be OK to tank the first four bosses. Last two are doable but could be a little tough.
