Go get the quest for Alterac Valley and get the Iced Barbed Spear and spec Arms following the link i posted.

I'll agree that you should go get the IBS from the AV reward. But I'm gonna have to disagree with the spec. Depending on if you want to go arms or fury I would go with these:
Arms
Fury
with the aim being to fill out the fury/arms tree respectively. If you would like to stay Prot maybe this. Although I am not so good with prot builds except the cookie cutter 8/5/48 build.
Again, I am not sure if you are wanting to level fast or what. But as far as I can see, the only points different I would make from you are to get focused rage instead of Imp Taunt.
