Hi, im 37 and im feral but it really bores me and i want to change to balance what kinda decrease in lvln speed should i be expsecting a lot or little? thx in advance

There are really two sides to consider. On the one hand, you will experience down time for drinking with balance, since you'll rely on mana. But, at the same time, if you find feral boring then you're less likely to play it or put your heart into it, which means you'll level slower than a favoured play style anyway.

So, if you have the gear to support balance and enjoy it then have fun playing that way. Always level with the talent tree you enjoy the most :)

If you can hold out for 3 more levels, you can respec into Moonkin form and you get Innervate at 40. Without moonkin form, you're going to be taking a fair amount of damage if the mobs get close. And since we can't use wands, you either have to get close yourself, hope that the DoT from Root + IS + MF kills it, or cast Starfire/Wrath until it's dead and then wait for your mana regen to start.

This. I tried to level balance because I wasn't really into the feral thing. At lvl 32 I switched to feral for 8 levels. It really is that bad. You don't get the damage boost that you get from Moonkin and you take a HECK of a lot of damage.

I love my moonkin at 40 but before then? Frankly had I stayed balance to 40 I would have given up before I hit 40.

Stick it out for 3 levels as feral, struggle a tad with mana and your moonkin before you max dreamstate then enjoy.
