Whats a good instance to test my tanking skill on? i am currently lvl 70 and have 11437 health 14800 armor 421 defence and 235 +spell damage. All unbuffed. And what Buff should i Use? thanks alot in advance.
1-3 mob pulls and caster pull use BoK, big aoe melee pulls use BoSanc.
Good instance to test out would be regular shattered halls imo.

but I have like 11.2 hp, 445 defense, 15.5k armor, and 324 spelldmg unbuffed. (crappy green gems, no tanking enchants, and 1/2 healing gear lol). Am I good for regular instances? and i'm guessing no heroics until 490 defense right?

only need want like 485 def for heroics, but yeah normals would be a piece of cake for you.

Nice health. Your defence is low, spell damage high and what is your avoidance?
Check out the Def/Mig faq. It has some great info and a gear list. It really looks like from what you have posted that you are almost rdy for heroics.
