Griding as DestroFollow

I respecced DS/DnF about a week ago and just today was I able to do some dailies. I was less than efficent I'll say. I was in the Quel'Danas where theres an aggroing mob every 3 steps however.

Anyway. whats the strat for soloing? I've tried saccing my succubus and using my felhunter to distract it for a second while I bomb it with SB. In both cases I'll just put up CoS, put Corruption and then just SB spam. I'm just wondering if theres any other better ways to kill stuff alone.

2 or 3 Shadowbolts should kill most things. Just cast at max range and on average they will be dead at your feet. Have some bandages handy as if you get a resist or are up against a faster mob you will be getting hit. I usually use 2 every grinding session.

I tend to sac my felhunter as the shadowbolt spam takes up alot of mana. A secced felhunter means i'll never have the mana problems, and as long as I have a few bandages health is never a problem.

with just fel armor i'm at a tad over 1200 shadow damage;what i've found works well
for me since i was affliction while leveling is sacc the VW for health regen which has two purposes.first i can life tap like an afflilock would do to gain my mana back and secondly if u do happen to get hit by something you get health back without need of food or bandages.
as for the mobs ya fight;i find i usually 2 shot everything and sometimes get lucky enough to almost 1 shot some of em and finish em with one wack of the wand.
usually if its a lvl 70 mob 2 shots its dead for the occasional 72 or so level ill toss an immolate and bolt em down ,most other dots i dont bother with while grindin.

depending on if the mobs survive to actually hit you a few times... sacrifice voidy or felhound. if they don't reach you, sac felhound. if they hit you from time to time sac voidy. then just spam your shadowbolts :) simple and effective.
