I run 5s with a SL/SL lock, MS war, Disc/holy priest, Resto Druid. I'm 17/0/44 with 400 res, 900 dmg, 11k HP. I have some G burning a hole in my pocket and felt the need to try somthing different. I won't use this on my RMP (bread and butta baby) but was thinking about trying it on my 5v5. With a priest and lock out there I'm usually not a early target so standing around and blasting stuff is the norm for me. Just wonderin what ya'll thought about it.

It couldn't possibly be the fact that these are the Allakhazam class boards and not the Oboards where you see responses to things every 10 seconds. Nah. That couldn't possibly be it.

All I see is you having this, "look at my post count, I'm high and mighty" type attitude to everything you say. It really reminds me of the BG fourms where people will just post a word in a thread just to get their post count higher then the next guy.

I never said you should go to the Oboards. I said that this place was unlike the oboards, which you seemed to think it was, since you responded to your own post so quickly.
This board moves slowly. You will likely not get responses quickly(unless I happen to be bored and here). Patience is a virtue and all that.
Btw, feel free to say what you want about me. My posting record stands as proof of why my score is what it is. That you fail to see it is of no consequence to me.

I'm sorry. I did not relize that it was only your post I was waiting for. I was thinking of the 7 people that viewed my thread in the 45 min is sat there. Next time I'll wait for your all knowing post before I make a jokeing comment in my own thread. Forgive me.
Interesting for 5v5. Makes sense, using the primarily-pvp-oriented spells/skills.
I'd change "Magic Absorbtion" to "Arcane Focus" (assuming you'll be spamming arc missles)
I'd also ditch the solitary "Master of Elements" to get the last point in "Pyromaniac"
(Does "Elemental Precision" matter in PvP?)
And yeah, sometimes it takes a while for a response here. Don't take it personally. You're a mage, you're supposed to let things bounce off you. :)

Posted: Apr 03 2008 at 12:12 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) I did end up ditching MoE and maxed pyro when I spec'd. I had thought about arcane focus but I'm not using AM that much. As a main nuke standing back aginst a caster from time to time but other then that I find my self using scorch/fireblast in the heat of battle. With scorch hitting fast and the molten armor hitting I'm getting *** loads of impact procs. I feel like a rogue with all the stuns and blazing speed lol. Haven't done 5s yet though, just lots of BGs. Close quarter combat with this spec is amazing compaired to frost though. Took on 2 warriors in IB tower trying to get it back. Took them both out in a good fight. Both had s1/s2 mace and full glad. Rogues are a little more of a problem now without the double IB but so far pallys are easy as hell now. They burn down so fast and with a pom/pyro finisher only a few have been able to get a bubble off.

I never said you had to wait for my post. Please quit trying to put words into my mouth. I said you were responding to yourself in a thread because you hadn't seen a response in 45 minutes. Which denotes a lack of understanding about these boards. It's completely normal to not see responses from ANYONE for hours. The boards move slowly.
I have to agree with Mr DarkhybridX that Poldaran really is a **** poster and should be removed from the Sage Club post haste.
