Very New RogueFollow

Hello, I recently created an Undead Rogue to take some time away from my main (a NE Hunter). Hes level 4 as of right now lol.

Im probably going to do a lot of PvP on this character and possibly level him all the way to 70, so I was wondering what is the best buld for Max DPS/just PvP.
