Well you will want exalted with.. ( best enchants )

Keeper's of time - Head enchant (+16 def +17 dodge), Stamina Trinket (Timelapse Shard) Timewarden's leggings (If you dont have felsteel)
Aldor/Scrye - Shoulder Enchant (15 dodge 10 defense), Decent Ring, Sword
The Violet Eye - Defense ring (Violet signet of the great defender), Stamina Trinket (Violet Badge) - Note you need to run Kara to get rep here.
Sha'tar - Crest of the Sha'tar, Decent Ring

You will need honored with.. (for heroic access keys)

Thrallmar/Honor hold
Cenarion Expedition (Also has tank neck for revered)
Lower City
Sha'tar
Keeper's of time

And if you have alot of free time/gold..

Netherwing (for the sweet mount :O)

The new Sunwell Faction also has alot of great reputation items, however it is much harder to get reputation with them if you are a fresh 70.

You can also purchase decent PvP gear from the 5 factions required for heroic keys, a nice upgrade for dps / solo set for under 100g total.

I only actually grinded aldor rep, the other rep's came from doing dungeons / quests.
