Icy Veins: The uninterruptable frostboltFollow

In 2.4, icy veins have a 100% chance of resisting interruption from spell pushback which means that we can beat hunters now without a whole lot of trouble, keep casting frostbolt and rotating between fireblast when its not on cooldown and you'll be able to outdamage them and if you're lucky they will freeze and you can do a shatter combo on them. Also keep your other buffs out incase your icy veins get dispelled by arcane shot.

WTB two pieces of T4 and 35 levels.

It's sad, but the 2pc T4 bonus would make for an awesome PvP set bonus.

Just thought I'd point out that the talent points preclude them from popping The Beast Within, Scatter Shot and Silencing Shot at the same time. It would be possible to pop the pet only Bestial Wrath and Scatter Shot; or Scatter Shot and Silencing Shot, but no other combos of those talents.

Or just use arcane shot to dispel it, assuming IV isn't immune to dispels for some random reason.
