i have ben looking for addons for arena mostly.
im looking for a addon that lets me put cooldown timers
around where i want them ( mid of screen) and arena
addons that help me keep targets on screen where i
can click them kind like the group thing. there is a addon that keeps your
mana bar even in forms if someone can give me the name
for that would be great to. oh and im looking for a how
to play feral druid arena info.

I think I can help you,

The cooldown timer I use is Jim's Cooldown Pulse, it flashes the ability icon on your screen whenever the cooldown is up.

IMO the best arena addon is Proximo, it does pretty much exactly what you asked for.

Once my MazzleUI compilation is back up and running 100%, I believe it contains a cooldown timer bar for the selected target as well.

Or maybe that's BigWigs.

Edit: Nope, it's not BigWigs, it's Antagonist.
