Greetings, fellow Paladins.

It's been a short while since I decided to turn my Belf Paladin into my main character, and I've been leveling up with skinning and mining.

As I'm nearing 70 and money is no longer an issue, I'm wondering what craftables are most beneficial for a Paladin.

Thanks in advance.

well eng. nice tanking helm think nice healing also. ranged pulles. jewl. nice stuff i guess. ench self enchants and the enchants to rings also de's,tailoring guess some healing gear if you dont want plate hehe. lw nice balls to throw or armor kits. alch alchamist stone. cant remember if that is chance to make two pots or if it's chance for pots to do more than they say they do. never really payed much attention to alch.

about all that i can think of atm. really just look at what they make at 350-375 and pick one you would like.

Engineering has extremely pimp goggles and is considered entertaining and effective for PvP. Ore is always in demand so Mining will be a constant money-maker. Blacksmithing makes some nice items, but nothing essential and it's very expensive you level. You might think that money isn't an issue at the moment, but leveling blacksmithing is expensive.

Tailoring (bags/thread), leatherworking (armor kits/leg armor), alchemy, enchanting, jewelcrafting: you can get (most) everything you could want from others that have that particular profession. Blacksmithing and Engineering on the other hand have some very good items that can only be used by the maker. Engineering has the goggles, various toys, and the nifty helicopter mounts. Blacksmithing has epic chest pieces for DPS (if armorsmith), the BoE boot pattern that drops in SSC/TK (boots are BoP), epic weapons (if the particular weaponsmith).

Given your current professions it would be easiest to drop skinning for jewelcrating, engineering, or blacksmithing, or drop either one to pick up enchanting. That way you have the gathering skill to match your crafting skill, unless you plan to just buy everything off the AH, then it really doesn't matter.

Just pick what you feel gives you the best items for your Paladin and go with that.

Thanks for the help.

I suppose I'll drop the Skinning and pick up Enchanting.

I'm loving alchemy. I get to make my self consumables which saves a ton of cash, and having recently discovered a rarer recipe on my server I have a very stable, very reliable source of income. The original alchemist's stone is great - but with the latest patch they've added role-specific upgrades which are orgasmic. The healer one keeps the 40% increase to potions (great for long fights) and trades the really kind of 'meh' stats to a whopping 119 (!!!) +healing. That's the highest +healing of any trinket in the game.
