2.4 Healing & Spell Haste...Follow

So since this new patch I've noticed an increase in the availability of +spell haste items and I'm wondering if we should take that into consideration when gearing up as a Healadin? Is there a specific amount of +spell haste that we can add to our stats without dramatically reducing and/or hurting our original stats too much? I'm thinking like the uncrushability number of a prot pally. I'm sure I'm not the only one to notice that casting Holy Light on a MT or any other raid member can sometimes be too close for comfort. So what do you guys think? Thanks.

From looking at your armory profile (for your paladin at least) it seems your guild is around Karazhan level in terms of raiding. I make this assumption purely based on your gear. At this point in time for you, going for spell haste is not really a viable idea. You need more mp5, and crit before you start stacking spell haste. To stack spell haste now (I'm assuming with drops from Magister's Terrace and the new badge rewards from the Shattered Sun) would be nerfing your effectiveness.

Spell haste starts apperaing with regularity on items when you get into Hyjal/BT, and with that level of gear your can afford to go for spell haste, as mp5 and spellcrit is rather bountiful on gear tier 6 gear.

So put it off until you get to that level :)
