... you don't need to macro Righteous Defense anymore!?! I may have missed this in the patch notes if it's there, but I had to delete my WTF folder and lost all macros, then discovered I didn't need it anymore! I was really happy ^^

hehe thanks :) Yea I went into MgT and after telling people I noobishly forgot to redo my macros and needed a minute they pulled anyway. So I instinctively hit my taunt, and behold! It taunted the mobs to me! "Guess taunt works without a macro now: we're good!"
They got a good laugh, my guess is because they didn't know exactly how it used to work in the first place :)

I haven't been able to do this... but thank god. I was getting sick of making a new macro every time I would play at my one of my buddy's house.
Hadn't noticed.. I've just been running with my macro heh. I'll check it out, nice catch.
On a different note, Palys can't taunt off NPCs in Hyjal ... They should change that.

We actually can, but you need to target the friendly mob you want to taunt off of, like Righteous Defense used to work on players before the macro was made.
Found this out when tried to taunt Sathrovarr from Kalecgos human form, and the macro at least didn't work when I was targeting Sathrovarr, but as soon as I took Kalecgos as my target, it started working.

I tried targeting one of the footmen, and still the taunt wouldn't "fire".
Can you interact with Kalecgos as in healing or buffing? Cause I read RD still won't work on those NPCs you can't interact with in such a way. Who knows what's going on, but for me, it didn't work any way I tried it. Coulda bugged I guess if it's supposed to be working =/ Blah, hopefully get another chance to play around with it next week.
