There's probably little point going that deep into holy just for instancing, CoH is more useful as a raid talent, I've only ever found one use for it in 5-mans. So you could lose the point in CoH, also take two from Empowered Healing, and put those three points in Divine Spirit and Imp. Divine Spirit in Disc. This will improve your spell damage a little while soloing and give you a nice new group buff for those instances.

Also take the two points out of Martyrdom as they're not really useful for a PvE healer, perhaps take Imp. Fortitude instead.

You have 3 points in Inspiration but only one in Holy Specialization, holy priests don't get much spell crit from gear so the points in Inspiration seem somewhat wasted. You could take the points from Blessed Recovery and maybe Holy Nova (depends how much you want it) and put them into Holy Specialization instead.

Get as good a wand as you can, the badge one is nice for soloing. Try to get together a second set for soloing, spell crit, +damage and the like are useful there, you can always hang onto those not-so-good-for-healing quest rewards.

Holy specs are always a pain for soloing but that's the price we pay :P

Once you have your PMC set made you'll get a nice set bonus, pick up the Whitemend Wisdom set too.
