I wouldn't say everyone, some people just PvP, but that's beside the point. If you raid, first thing I'd like to mention is, get some +Spell Hit. Your hit is really low. Suppression can make up some of that for your DoTs, but not your SBs, which are still the majority of your damage.
On to the build:
Your Affliction tree looks ok. As I said though, alot depends on your guilds other warlocks, and how many other warlocks, SPriests and Fire/Frost mages you have. If you have at least one other warlock or a SPriest, or 2 mages, you should squeeze a couple points into Malediction and put up wither CoS or CoEl, unless another warlock is doing that. I'd also put a point in Shadow Embrace for the extra Affliction Affect, it increases your drains through Soul Siphon. Good for emergencies, or fights like Netherspite where you block the beam and just drain life. I would definately max suppression with the amount of +Hit you have though, it's pathetic. Fel Concentration really isn't needed for Raiding/Instancing as you should never get hit if you watch Omen and Soul Shatter when needed.
For your Demo Tree, it really also depends on your guild, only one Warlock should have the Imp. Imp, the others should try to get all three levels of HS covered. Again, entirely dependant on your guild.
For Destro, I don't take ShadowBurn, and Intensity is about useless. Destructive reach is good for the threat reduction though.
