Stalker's Chain Battlegear

Is this set viable or worth it for PvE encounter even maybe part of the "KARA" Pre-req?

It is very easy to get and fairly cheap....

Please discuss.

Thanks

All it is, was the PvP Marshal's 70 non epic gear with the look of our dungeon 3 set.

In Aethien's guide it states some of the pieces are nice but to many pvp pieces are not optimal.

Yes. They removed it from our PVP honor vendor's and then put it up 1 piece per faction for each of the instance areas.

Gloves come from Honor Hold or Thrallamar.
Helm comes from Lower City.
Legs come from Centurion Expedition.
Chest comes from Keepers of Time.
Shoulders come from the Sha'tar.

You have to be honored with them to purchase these items for gold.

*EDIT* I think they figured out that no one would waste honor on them when the gladiator stuff is better. Also I think it is to help the new 70's that don't haev gladiator gear.

It's like a here you go, you won't die quite as quickly in BGs now.

Oh why did I have to fall in love with my hunter while my 70 lock just becomes his bank/DE-*****. Stupid fun class to play, I hate blizz.

Onto the OP, I would assume too many PvP pieces on any class wouldn't be optimal for the higher instances just because the PvP pieces always sacrifice other stats to give more Stamina and Resilience.

I completely agree. I do know that i will get a good boost to my Stam and Int if i switched maybe 2 pieces of "Leather" gear I am wearing plus a little better armor for my pet and myself.

Thanks for the reply.
