Probably been answered a dozen times before, but since I'm coming back to the game with school ending, I'm wondering how to do this best.

I've respecced to frost and haven't been frost since before BC.

I'll slowly be gearing up, but as I'm casual it will be mostly PvP gear and such, don't really need suggestions there.

I have Icy Veins linked to my trinket in a macro, but I basically want peoples thoughts on good spell rotations. My 2v2 partner is a rogue (my sister, hence why she massively outgears me but it still with me) - http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Scarlet+Crusade&n=Miyenne

So, thoughts on best spells and such?

Get a Summon Water Elemental macro, you should find several.

Use instants, kite, and only stop running if they are frozen and you can unload a frost bolt/ice lance off on them. Other wise keep kiting with
coc/r1 frost bolt/fn.

And, just incase you dont know this, use 17/0/44 as your spec. This is going to be for imp cs, what to put in up to it is debatable.
